Discipline

In addition to determination, another most important trait that makes some people more successful than others is discipline. Viewed as the ability for an individual to have self-restraint that allows them to behave in a consistently stringent and controlled manner, discipline for some people mean to live with limited, restrictive lifestyle or be harsh toward yourself. Contrary to that view, discipline means self-control, which is a sign of inner strength and control of yourself, your actions, and your reactions.

Being disciplined provides one with many advantages and benefits in life. Discipline helps one to have focus, self-control, get more things done, and have more time in a day, and stay out of stress or tension (and thus, become healthier).
